Putative "Net Neutrality"
What is "Net Neutrality?" I have never heard this word, but it appears that became news in June last year, because an bill which concerning about it was introduced in America. Net Neutrality is "a guiding principle of the Internet which ensures that all users are entitled to access content and services or run applications and devices of their choice." (from Free Press) It is also call "net neutrality", "internet neutrality" or "NN." This action was backed by the major IT companies such as Google, Amazon.com, Ebay, and Microsoft. Those companies considered Two Pipes, Double Dipping, Exclusive Dealing, Network Optimization, and Quality of Service, as action that might make threaten the neutrality of net. This obbservation was presented by Google. However, this bill was rejected.
